Mike Anderer, LCSW

Mike is a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience in the mental health and addictions fields. He comes to Genesis from Hines VA where he worked for the past 26 years. He has also worked previously on a clinical level in child and adolescent psychiatry at both Riveredge and McClean Hospitals and as an EAP counselor for IBM and FED-EX employees. He was trained in marital issues at Loyola's Sexual Dysfunction Clinic. He brings to Genesis an active interest in men's issues; addictions; spirituality and psychotherapy and assisting teens and children move towards health and wholeness.
