Dr. Susan J. Bloom, Psy. D., APN, RN is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in the treatment of families, and individuals. Dr. Bloom has 25-years of experience in the Health Care Field. In addition to her license in clinical psychology, she is a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Her educational background include degrees from the following institutions: Alder School of Professional Psychology –Doctorate in Psychology(2009); University of Illinois – Master of Science in Psychiatric Nursing (1989)

Dr. Bloom is one of a select group of psychiatric professionals who is licensed to do counseling, psychological testing, and prescribe medication (prescriptive authority is based on her MS degree, completing licensure to prescribe, and collaboration with a Psychiatrist). Her behavioral health care experience includes serving the needs of her patients in assessment, therapy (individual and family), and psychiatric medications. She enjoys working with all ages; however, being a mother herself, she especially likes working with children, teenagers and young adults.
