Setting up your first appointment at Genesis is easy. Call us at (630) 653-6441, Ex 207 and leave your name, some good general times to call you back and a phone number where you can be reached at those times.
Our intake coordinator will call you back and ask some simple questions and schedule your appointment.
In most cases you do not need a referral to set up an appointment at Genesis. However, if your insurance plan requires this, make sure that you call your insurance company before you set up your first appointment.
At Genesis, we accept a variety of insurance plans, Medicare and self-pay. We also provide our clients with a "super-bill" which allows easy submission to insurance companies.
