Dr. Sharma has left Genesis and closed his private practice as of June 1, 2023. A letter has been mailed to all his current patients with details of his departure. Click here to view a copy of his formal announcement.

After May 31, 2023 Clinicians at Genesis are prohibited to submit any medication requests on his behalf.
